Description

The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”), Supply Management and Procurement Department (“SMPD”), on behalf of the identified contract administering department below, through this Solicitation, seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide NYCHA with services as referenced above. Interested vendors are invited to obtain a copy of the opportunity at NYCHA’s website by going to http://www.nyc.gov/nychabusiness. On the left side, click on “iSupplier Vendor Registration/Login” link. (1) If you have an iSupplier account, then click on the “Login for registered vendors” link and sign into your iSupplier account. (2) If you do not have an iSupplier account you can Request an account by clicking on “New suppliers register in iSupplier” to apply for log-in credentials. Once you have accessed your iSupplier account, log into your account, then choose under the Oracle Financials home page, the menu option “Sourcing Supplier,” then choose “Sourcing,” then choose “Sourcing Homepage;” and conduct a search in the “Search Open Negotiations” box for the specific RFQ Number(s).BID SECURITY. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the “Contract Guaranteed Minimum” as stated in the contract documents is required at the time of submission of vendor’s bid (see attached BID BOND FORM). P&P Bonds in the amount of 100% of guaranteed minimum will be due at time of contract award.PLA. This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement and, as part of its bid, the Bidder must submit at the time of bid submission: (1) a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder; and (2) a Letter of Assent signed by each of Bidder's proposed subcontractors.TERM. The Term of this contract are Three (3) years with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods, at NYCHA's sole discretion.MWBE. All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date listed:A. MWBE Utilization Plan: At time of bid submissionB. Waiver of MWBE Utilization Plan: At least Seven (7) days prior to bid due date. (Partial Waivers MUST be accompanied by MWBE Utilization Plan)Failure to complete the MWBE Utilization Plan or Waiver may deem your bid non-responsive.PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 10 AM.
